When lasting wellness feels out of reach, expert guidance makes all the difference.

I was there before — I felt anxious, depressed, and I used to eat cakes at night. I struggled with late night snacks and sugar addiction. I would start with just one piece of cake and end up finishing the whole thing, then feel horrible afterward. I had no energy, I felt bloated, my skin broke out, and because of that I didn’t work out. Physically I felt really bad, and mentally as well.


Diets didn’t work for me. Personal trainers at the gym didn’t work for me. Nothing worked until I started working on myself psychologically. That was the only thing that truly helped. I lost 25 pounds, now I work out 4 times a week and I actually love it.

I can guide someone on how to fall in love with physical activity too. Now I keep my weight off, I feel amazing, full of energy, confident, stress-free, and at peace with myself. Most importantly, I built a healthy relationship with food — something I never thought was possible before.
