I know what it feels like when lasting wellness seems impossible. For years, I struggled with anxiety, depression, and late-night sugar binges—telling myself I’d stop after one slice of cake, only to finish the whole thing and feel worse afterward. My energy was gone, my skin broke out, I felt bloated, and working out was the last thing I wanted to do.
Diets didn’t work. Trainers didn’t work. Nothing worked until I started addressing my mindset. That’s when everything changed. I lost 25 pounds, discovered a love for working out, and built a healthy relationship with food—something I never thought was possible.
Since then, I’ve dedicated my life to helping others create the same transformation. I became a Certified Wellness Coach (AFPA), Certified ICF Coach, and Certified Life Coaching Institute Graduate, with advanced training in positive psychology, well-being, and nutrition through programs at Harvard, Yale, and Mindvalley. I’m also preparing for the National Board Exam in Wellness Coaching (NBHWC), the gold standard in the field.
Today, I guide clients to fall in love with movement, reclaim their energy, and finally feel at peace with themselves. As the author of Breaking Up with Sugar, I provide my clients with practical tools to overcome cravings and build lasting change.
